Should you choose to engage with the services of Exclusive Weddings & Celebrations. The following steps are followed to ensure the most stress free, flawless and enjoyable planning process for your Wedding or Celebration.
I. Firstly we send you a short briefing form, in order for us to understand the extent of your requirements. It is imperative that we also understand the scale of your Wedding or Celebration so that we assign a perfectly suited Wedding Planner to you.
II. We schedule an indepth 3 hour briefing meeting, to gain an extensive understanding of all of your dream Wedding or Celebration. We need indepth insight into your personal tastes, likes / dislikes, requirements and expectations.
III. We create a detailed first draft budget and first draft propsoal.
IV. A time line is created with all parties roles and responsibilities assigned.
V. We then schedule a location / locations site visits, which include a menu tasting.
VI. Once the location is finalised we do a full décor mock up in our décor stylists showroom.
VII. An updated second draft budget is created and once approved an initial deposit is now due.
VIII. An updated proposal is created for feedback and final sign off.
IX. The planning process now begins where we secure all suppliers and start creating all Wedding or Celebration elements.
X. Your Wedding Planner now creates the Wedding Planning Event Planning & Management Schedule which includes all pre event, event and post event details and logistics.
XI. The balance payment is now due.
XII. A meeting is held with all necessary participants to finalise and sign off the schedule.
XIII. Set up of the Wedding | Celebration/s commence.
XIV. Wedding | Celebration Day/s.
XV. Post Wedding | Celebration festivities.
XVI. A full budget reconciliation is completed and submitted.
XVII. Final payment is due within 7 days from the final reconciliation submission.
